The Billings Housing Authority apartment reside was an exterior renovation covering 10 apartment buildings designated for low income housing. Battle Ridge Builders removed and recycled over 15 tons of steel and aluminum siding, while replacing it with over 23,000 sq ft of 5” Hardie cement fiber siding. Also 73 steel doors were removed, recycled and replaced. Battle Ridge Builders is equipped with the tools and knowledge for complete exterior renovations.
General – Battle Ridge Builders
This Residence is a 6000 square foot custom home that Battle Ridge Builders sided with a combination of 9 inch lap siding, 3×8 beam corners, and vertical shiplap siding. Battle Ridge Builders also installed the first molded series of Davinci Bellaforte composite shakes, along with a bonderized standing seam metal system.
General – Teton Heritage Builders
Battle Ridge Builders worked with Markovich Construction and Fairmont Hot Springs on their on-going renovation to the Fairmont Resort. During the renovations, BRB tore off the old wood siding and replaced it with corrugated metal giving it a new modern look. The renovations also included replacing the Natatorium roof, which involved tear off, re-sheathing, and installing 170 squares of new Malarkey shingles.

This 44,000 sq foot addition and remodel included an intense metal scope that required precision craftsmanship and determination to sweat out those 105 degree days. This building is proof that Battle Ridge Builders can handle any metal siding projects thrown its way.
General – Langlas Associates
This 23,000 sq foot siding project in Sidney, MT was completed using James Hardie products. This job took about 4 weeks to reach substantial completion, which fell approximately 20% ahead of schedule. Battle Ridge Builders prides itself on good communication with project supervisors and other subcontractors to ensure the job is done efficiently as possible.
General – Langlas Associates
Anderson Precast was a 3 month project that began with Battle Ridge Builders completing all the steel erection work. This involved standing 38 ft columns built to carry a sliding indoor crane system, and placing 50 ft clear-span steel beams. Battle Ridge Builders also completed the steel stud office build-out and installed the 16,000 sq feet of steel siding.

This project was a 15,000 sq foot home sided in reclaimed lumber. Battle Ridge Builders took approximately five weeks to reach completion. We used reclaimed materials and our skilled craftsmanship to create all corner trim from 4×16 beams.
Monforton School added a large addition to their already established elementary school. During this project, Battle Ridge Builders installed roughly 6,000 sq feet of heavy gauge steel siding, using custom bent trim. In addition, approximately 800 lineal feet of 24 gage soffit was put up. Battle Ridge Builders also installed a specialized Tamyln cement fiber system on the schools main entry way.

The Ferguson project was a large duplex we sided using hardy product with board and bat, lap siding and cedar shakes on large gables. The project was completed for Case Construction.
