The project consists of the rehabilitation of Basin Creek Dam #1 to address the poor-quality concrete condition on the upstream dam face and parapet wall as well as an anchorage system. Associated work included the full removal and replacement of the parapet wall, partial mass concrete removal, structural concrete overlay over the dam face, installation of stairs and handrails, and installation of post-tensioned anchorages through the mass concrete into the masonry core.
