Battle Ridge Builders built this for the Department of Natural Resources & Conservation and was given only 30 days to complete. This project had difficult access, only allowing foot traffic. Battle Ridge Builders had to carry all the structural concrete & steel; up to half a mile. Battle Ridge Builders self performed all aspects of construction including fabricating & erecting structural steel, cutting existing footings, epoxing rebar cages and pouring new footings on top of the existing concrete. This project included unique flume construction, using rolled steel bands, to bend 18 gage steel pan.
