Battle Ridge Builders completed this in three weeks for the USDA, which consisted of building a detour, removing the old culvert and replacing it with a new precast three sided box culvert. Battle Ridge showed their skills and knowledge by completing a majority of this project while the USDA was shutdown and key personnel were on furlough due to the lack of government funding.
